ABOUT THE ROLE

As an Assistant Manager, you’ll assist the Manager by driving the store’s progress, setting standards and inspiring staff by leading by example. The role will require you to ensure everyone within your team is equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills to reach their goals, inspiring them to provide the excellent customer service that our business is built upon.

As an integral member of the management team, you’ll be accountable for the KPI’s and driving the business forward, whilst mentoring the team to embody our strong customer focused culture.

ABOUT YOU

We’re seeking an individual with experience of people management, enthusiasm, willingness to learn and exceptional customer service skills. Optical experience is preferable, but not essential.
