Our teams have been working hard to put extra measures in place, including ensuring that everything is cleaned and socially distanced, along with longer appointment times, to keep both our customers and colleagues well – so you can come and see us with confidence.

If you have any concerns about your eye care, then you should contact us. If you feel your vision has changed and it is affecting your general wellbeing and the ability to function as normal, we can talk to you about the options, and depending on the situation this may be done remotely over the phone or in store.

You may have broken or lost your glasses or having issues with your contact lenses. If you have, we can provide you with a replacement.

For your safety we will initially assess your needs, over the phone or in store, before offering you the best solution which helps minimise the time you spend with us. This may mean undertaking a remote consultation over the phone with one of our Optometrists or coming into store for an appointment.
